Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and other channels, ensuring clear and concise follow-up.
- Manage and track customer interactions to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Nonstop platform.
- Participate in comprehensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of our Nonstop product portfolio.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of client satisfaction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Diligent, responsive, and highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the Nonstop platform is a significant asset, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

This position reports to the Chief Technical Officer and is located at our Head Office in Mississauga.
